Our Team

Dave Paule is the Executive Director of GreenLaw. An experienced marketing executive, fundraiser, writer and educator, he specializes in global business turn-arounds and building green-field organizations. He joined GreenLaw in May, 2016. Previously he served as Chief Revenue Officer of The Atlanta Opera where he led Marketing, Communications and Development. From 2012-2014, he served as the Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, where he overhauled the promotion, sales and revenue management functions.

Formerly, Dave worked at Delta Air Lines. He retired in 2011 from his position as marketing head for Delta Cargo, the company’s $1.1 B air freight division. He has served or is serving on the Boards of Directors for Callanwolde Fine Art Center, the Suzi Bass Awards, SkyTeam Cargo, SkyTeam Cargo-USJV, LLC, and CHRIS Kids. He is also a member of the faculty of Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson School of Business, where he teaches the Managerial Sciences curriculum. In his spare time he is a novelist, publishing stories under the name D.M.Paule. He released The Monarch of Key West in 2001, and Highlands-a-Go-Go: Finding Virginia Highland in 2009. He also has prior experience in photography, broadcasting, video production and standup comedy. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He lives in Atlanta.

Hutton Brown is the Water Law expert with GreenLaw focusing on implementation of the federal Clean Water Act. Mr. Brown graduated Magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee, and received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where he was on the Vanderbilt Law Review. He brings with him over 20 years of experience litigating in both state and federal court. Prior to joining GreenLaw, he had a successful career litigating from both the defense and plaintiff's perspectives on issues including but not limited to environmental toxic torts and product liability.

Scott Sykes has over twenty years of experience as a legal office manager and paralegal for large and small law firms. He has worked as a docket clerk for the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and a customer service representative for legal support companies. Mr. Sykes received a B.S. in advertising from the University of Florida and a paralegal certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training.


Adriana Jaume is GreenLaw’s legal fellow, following her passion for environmental law. She is a recent graduate of Emory University School of Law, May 2016 and was sworn into the State Bar of Georgia in December 2016. She earned her undergraduate degree from University of Georgia.

Her previous legal experience includes working as summer associate for the Atlanta Trial Lawyers Group and as a legal intern for Georgia Watch, an Atlanta consumer advocacy organization.

Adriana is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers.

Sandra Webster is a coordinator at GreenLaw. She is an energetic and experienced professional with almost 29 years of experience in the aviation industry.

While her skill set is vast, her greatest expertise revolves in the world of serving a customer and exceeding expectations. Her wish is to apply her knowledge and experience to deliver the best services that her employer’s clients demand.

Strategic, multi-tasking, planning, designer with an eye for creativity, customer focused, collaborative, outgoing, team player, organized, hands-on, resourceful, above and beyond are some of the ways she has been described by colleagues.

She has been fortunate to have traveled extensively throughout the world, and this experience has developed her broad understanding and appreciation for other cultures. Seeing other places and meeting new people never gets old.


Fenly Foxen is a News Anchor and Journalist from South Africa with 14 years experience in global and business news on TV and Radio. During her time in South Africa, she worked for the South African Broadcasting Cooperation, CNBC Africa and eNews Channel Africa as a News Anchor and Markets specialist. Fenly has covered global events including the 2008 recession, Nelson Mandela funeral and Oscar Pistorius trial.

She interviewed world leaders, conceptualized shows like Women in Business. In this show, she highlighted influential women in Africa. She is also a Media strategist.

Fenly is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She currently works as a freelance Journalist, Communications Officer/Board member for the South African Chamber of Commerce. Fenly is GreenLaw's Communications Coordinator.
