Open Records Act Request letter
Submitting an Georgia Open Records Act request to a state governmental agency is easy!  You can either call the agency or submit a request in writing.  When you call, they may ask that you submit it in writing.  You can find a sample Open Records Act request here.  You can also visit the Georgia First Amendment Foundation's website for some great resources on using both the Georgia Open Records Act and Georgia's Sunshine laws.
