Keep Coal Out of Georgia

Dear Friends and Supporters,

We have recently learned that a now-familiar Georgia utility consortium, Power4Georgians, is planning yet another new coal-fired power plant, this one in rural Ben Hill County.  Read more about it on our website:  Just as GreenLaw has been a leader in challenging the coal plants proposed for Early and Washington counties, rest assured that GreenLaw attorneys are already gearing up to stop this third plant.  And so far, no new coal plant has been able to break ground in Georgia.

We need your financial support now more than ever.  Support GreenLaw as we continue to fight for you—and for our children and grandchildren—and for a bright, clean energy future.
