Jonathan Hawkins, Krevolin & Horst Atlanta, GA– GreenLaw welcomes Jonathan Hawkins to its Board of Directors. Mr. Hawkins is a partner at Krevolin & Horst in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Hawkins represents both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes business litigation. His cases typically involve significant and complex business fraud, tort, contract, and fiduciary duty claims.

Mr. Hawkins frequently represents officers, directors, shareholders, and business partners in cases involving disputes over fraud, freeze outs, self-dealings, unfair compensation plans, improper distributions, and the abuse of minority shareholders. He also helps individuals and businesses creatively navigate through business and partnership breakups.

Over the years, Mr. Hawkins has handled a wide variety of disputes related to commercial real estate, including those involving loans, commercial foreclosures, purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, adverse possession claims, nuisance and trespass, and construction and lien issues.

In addition to his complex commercial litigation practice, Mr. Hawkins counsels lawyers and law firms in law firm structuring, partnership agreements, of counsel agreements, lateral moves, separation agreements, and law firm dissolutions.
