Rally for our Coast: Consumer Energy Alliance Forum

'Big Oil' is coming to Atlanta on November 19th, and we need your help to show that Georgians won’t let them destroy our coast!
What: Rally for our Coast and Consumer Energy Alliance meeting
When: November 19, 2015; Rally from Noon - 1 p.m., Meeting from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
Where: James H. “Sloppy” Floyd Veterans Memorial Building, The Floyd Room, 200 Piedmont Avenue, 20th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30334
The Consumer Energy Alliance, a pro-drilling organization, is sponsoring a forum to discuss offshore drilling in the Atlantic. Speakers include Bureau of Ocean Energy Management Director Abigail Ross Hopper, Georgia State Representative Jason Spencer, and Advisor Doug Miell on behalf of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
Oceana is organizing a rally in support of Georgia's oceans and against offshore drilling. PLEASE WEAR BLUE and bring your friends and family. It is essential that Georgia demonstrate a large "DON’T DRILL" presence. Oceana's Samantha Siegel will have stickers and signs that say “Don’t Drill GA” on hand for your use. The ”Don’t Drill GA” rally will take place outside the meeting. Attending the meeting is free, but you have to register ahead of time.
The rally will be held outside of the James H. “Sloppy” Floyd Veterans Memorial Building. Join Don't Drill GA supporters after the rally for a group picture across the street at the capitol building.
